Even more false statements by CSW Christie Parkin and Holly Bruce in Last Minute Info report

Christie Parkin and Holly Bruce "explanation of significance" in the Last Minute Information for the Court used 6 1/2 year old reports, without ever speaking with the children at the time of the actual April 14, 2011 incident (DCFS Ref 1532-2365-8788-7064738) which involved CSW Shawn Rivas (who is still with DCFS today).

Parkin and Bruce wrote about the first runaway exactly 30 days after the boys returned from Singapore. The police report states the incident was planned and they knew exactly where to go and call the number given to them by their mother.

So 6 1/2 years after this incident, the so-called CSW's write boys did not want to go home and reported that father hits them. And SHAWN RIVAS was wrong and doesn't know what he is doing. Only Parkin and Bruce know what they are doing by reading 6 1/2 yr old reports and coming up with new conclusions without ever speaking with the CSW or Officers involved.

Their conclusion is that this 6 1/2 year statement further supports the children's and mother Mei's claim of ongoing abuse.

Parkin and Bruce, THINK about this:
1) why did mother Mei NEVER brought up abuse during the 8 years BD419115 and BF036096 were in Family Court?
2) Why were there NOT more calls to DCFS? or the police by mother Mei from 2005-Aug2016?
3) If you both took the time to read your own referral, you will note that it states the boys reported an incident where they attacked me to their therapist Dr. Randy Northrup (just across Colorado from your office). So why didn't the mandated reporter call DCFS or the police?

Parkin wrote that Dr. Childress's June 2012 report is biased:
- Were you involved with the children's therapy sessions from 2012 to 2014?
- Where did you get your PhD in psychology Ms. Parkin?
- Are you a licensed therapist?
- Did you look through the Family Court files for the Judge's opinions?
- Is the report biased because you don't agree with it?
- Do you also disagree with similar reports by Dr. Northrup and Dr. de Brito?

In the report by Dr. Northrup to minor's counsel Manning, he wrote

"the boys were basically programmed, very effectively, to believe that their father is a danger to them, that indeed, he is not their biological father, and that they did not ever want to live with him again."


If Parkin was not so quick to reject mental health professional reports on the children, THIS statement further supports statements made by the children. They were "programmed" to say I am a danger to them (by reporting father hits them} and "stated they did not want to go home (because as Dr. Northrup wrote "they did not want to ever live with him again.)

4) See the attached disposition of the 4/14/11 incident. CSW Marisa Martinez concluded it was UNFOUNDED; yet Parkin and Bruce drags it back in as if it is new and saying Martinez is wrong.

The only ongoing abuse is the psychological parental alienation by mother Mei, the Taking Parent.

Then Parkin and Bruce goes on to summarize another incident that was reported by mother Mei while she was in the Lynwood county jail. The 6/3/11 incident was called in by the jailer. Ms. Martinez discussed with her supervisor and decided they will no longer entertain reports of abuse from mother Mei. So again, Martinez and her supervisor were wrong.

Parkin and Bruce writes: the children told officers that life with father was ok and they are fine

And then concluded just by reading the old report: the children took this position as a means to cope with their situation. REALLY? DID YOU MEET AND SPEAK TO THE CHILDREN in person back in June 2011? DID YOU SPEAK WITH THE POLICE OFFICERS?

Did Christie Parkin or Holly Bruce look into the Family Court files? NO. If they did, they would have seen the attached declarations and orders from the most recent 5 hearings. There was even an ex parte in December 2014 on an emergency basis. Was this for abuse? NO because the Judge ruled there is no emergency. One would think if mother Mei had an attorney filing an ex parte that it would be a good time to bring up abuse to get an emergency order. All mother Mei wanted was allow her outside visitation not in a secure center and decrease the number of monitors.

Christie and Holly, does this sound like evidence for on-going abuse when the mother doesn't bring up abuse from 2011 until Sep2016?

DCFS has run amuck with no common sense supervision or supervisors. It is a "bottom up" organization that anything written by lower level staff must be true. No one asks "how did you come to that conclusion from a 6 1/2 yr old report?"

No wonder Vince Davis has 12 lawsuits against DCFS. Hopefully, mine will make it 13 a lucky number.
