1) why didn't DCFS find evidence of this 2011, 2012, and 2016? 4 DCFS social workers interviewed the boys and investigated and found no evidence

2) Why didn't the 25-30 teachers in the San Marino Unified School District report signs of abuse between 6th grade and 10th grade? William even worked in the Middle School front office and interacted with the Principal, Registrar, and other school staff who are mandated child abuse reporters
3) Why didn't their Aunty Frances or cousin Candice Zee see signs of abuse when they took the boys on outings?
4) Why didn't the San Marino PD officers who interviewed the boys find signs of abuse? Officer Vanessa Golden said in November, 2017, "I will never believe the boys were abused."
5) The Appeals Court noted in their decision that the mother Mei Wang never brought charges of child abuse in the Family Court from 2005 to June, 2016. Only in Sep2016, did she start calling DCFS and reporting abuse.
It took Christie Parkin who met the boys 2 months after her colleague Maryin Quezada issued 2 letters citing no evidence (UNFOUNDED and Unsubstantiated) of abuse.
So what history of abuse Christie Parkin? Take a look at these sworn Affidavits from Mei Wang and the Appeals Court decision. What she filed in a sworn Affidavit in Singapore is different from what she told Christie Parkin and her colleagues. One story in a 2017 DCFS report had Wang saying the father was abusing the boys and she couldn't make it stop so she had to kidnap them to save them. Why didn't anyone ask: did you call DCFS or the Police? Why can't you make it stop? Why didn't you bring this up in Family Court? Too simple for DCFS social workers to comprehend.
Another comment recorded by DCFS was Wang saying she caught the father having an affair and taking the boys to Singapore is her way of getting back. Did anyone ask why Mei Wang changed her reasons?
